How does my club get the kickback?

We support clubs by giving back a percentage of sales. At the end of each month, we process payments via BACS transfer directly to the club’s account.

How long will my item take to arrive?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 5–10 working days. Delivery times may vary depending on stock levels and customisation requirements.

Do you accept returns?

Yes, we accept returns on most items provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and returned within our stated returns window. Please note that customized or personalized items may not be eligible for return.

What shipping options are available?

Shipping options vary depending on the item. Our most common method is Royal Mail, but larger or bulkier orders may be sent via courier.

Do you offer customisation on products? 

Yes, many of our items can be personalized with names, numbers, or club logos. Customisation options are shown on product pages.

Can I place a bulk/team order?

Absolutely. We work with clubs and teams to provide bulk orders at competitive rates. Please contact us directly for tailored quotes.

Do you ship internationally? 

Currently, our primary focus is UK delivery, but we may be able to arrange international shipping on request.

How do I access my club’s shop? 

Each club has its own dedicated online shop within Arise Sports. Simply select your club from the 'Club Shops' section to view available kit and merchandise.

What payment methods do you accept? 

We accept major debit/credit cards and secure online payments.
